Investment Criteria
Stena Adactum invests in well managed and established Swedish corporations with an international business. The companies shall have a turnover between MSEK 500 and MSEK 2000, positive cash-flow, well established organisation and processes, broad customer base and management team with a proven track record.
The market upon which the company operates shall demonstrate a good and preferably stable organic growth, and opportunities for add-on acquisitions shall exist.
The company shall have a leading position within it’s niche, a high technical level and a strong brand name as well as a good profit growth potential.
The enterprise value should preferably be between MSEK 500 to MSEK 2000.
Active ownership
Our definition of active ownership entails the following.
Ensure that a competent and strong management team is running the business
Establish a board with relevant com-petencies
Define strategies to improve top line growth
Clearly define objectives linked to performance follow-up procedures
Take an active part in the business without intervening in management operational responsibility
